We are committed to provide the training required. If your Department needs to reschedule we will accommodate the needs to fulfil your requirements. We have a no refund policy but If you are not satisfied with the quality of training we will and reschedule if you’re Department wishes to do so.

All of our courses offered are NFPA compliant up to current standards and Jpr’s (job Performance requirements). If your department requires Certification it will be up to the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction ) to arrange certification through the Certification Body in your jurisdiction
